Personal,
several times I have come across this error in Windows when you try to start a database:
ORA-12560: TNS: Protocol Adapter Error
MS-DOS ..
Set Oracle_HOME = C: \ Oracle \ Product \ 10.2.0 \ dB_1
Set Oracle_SID = DBR
CD% Oracle_Home% \ bin
SQLPLUS / SYSDBA
Error:
ORA-12560: TNS: Protocol Adapter Error
What can be happening ??
Is there any step?
Environment information:
* Oracle version: Oracle Database 10g R2
* Operating System: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
ORA-12560: TNS: protocol adapter error

It was created with DBCA, I already opened it several times.
If I go through the Windows services and start listener and OracleService .. it works normally, but what I want is to put it in the air by the command prompt.
