I'vê been checking about the error and concludes that Oracle was default for only 150 processes this was verified in SQLPlus with the following command:

Select all

show parameters processes;

DAI I checked the quantity Used

Select all

select count(*) from v$process;

and I increased to 300 and it was normal, I saw that there are many people beating with this problem and the guys sending messenging in SGA and PGA is much simpler that it seems.
