Folder for images and CSS files on webtoolkit

I installed Oracle at the end of learning at home.
I managed to configure the webtoolkit but I can not find where I should drop the images from the site I'm developing.

Someone has a light, already crawled on google and nothing.

I have tried to set in Document-Path using DBMS_EPG, I tried to use create directory and I tried to set the directory created in the document-path and none worked.
