ORA-28009 Connection SYS Should Be Sysdba or Sysoper

Environment information: Windows
* Oracle version: 10g
* Operating system: Windows 2003 Server


Hello friends to with a problem and I would like tips.

I have a 10G bank and when I connected normal in DOS.

But now when I connect this way this error appears: ORA-28009 Connection SYSSDBA or SYSOPER

I connect this way as sys :

Select all

set ORACLE_SID=XXXX 
SQLPLUS /NOLOG 
CONN SYS AS SYSDBA 
Enter password:xxx 
ora-28009 connection as sys should be as sysdba or sysoper
But if I connect to PL / SQL Developer with SYS like Sysdba Me Normal Connect?

What can be? any tip and welcome !!!

Do you need to do the nolog?
can not do so:

Select all

SQLPLUS SYS AS SYSDBA

Then the / Nolog and so that I can log in to SQL / Plus via Windows prompt.

In other form I can not.

Madmax, send the command:

Select all

sqlplus / as sysdba
or

Select all

sqlplus "/ as sysdba"
or

Select all

sqlplus 
user: 
senha:
He will connect ... Hug!
