Good evening guys, I installed Here my Oracle Express for study and I can not access http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/. so when I try to reinstall it from these errors below, always the same mistakes.
I thought it was the service pack 2, then I updated for 3, the more continues the same error.

I'vê had problems with firewall / proxy not to let access.
After arranging the firewall, it started to work.

Look at it in my service I cconsegui isntalar normally, only here at home that no.and I already re-installed uams 03 times and I have disabled my firewall
