Generic Error ORA-00600

I have a client and only in this client of a code error ORA-00600

I have already tried everything that is to find the solution of this problem but not I found.

and seeing on some sites, they say that this error code is feared by some DBAs, because it is a generic Oracle code.

I only know that the error is related to the time that triggers the execution of a SQL. But the same SQL is used on multiple clients and none of this ORA-00600 error.

Each occurrence of a ORA-600 must be reported to Oracle support was what I did and they reported that it should apply patch to correct this error.

I solved this problem on a 10G client applying patch 10.2.0.5.0 patch set for Oracle and the client version was the same as your 10g release 10.2.0.1.0.

Oh Madmax may be this the solution of my problem, but I can not download by the Oracle website the patch with the password And the login I have. The same arrives in the download screen, but the button is disabled and with the following message in English "You do not have the required access privilege to download this patch." Saying that I do not have privileges required for downloading this patch.

Dude See who your company and Metalink account admin and ask him to change his User in Settings -> Administrative -> View Users
