Oracle SQL Developer Connection

Well, I'vê tried to solve this problem to display the Oracle SQL Developer connections, I do not want to undisturb the complete Oracle just because of this, and another if I come across some problems and simply deleting everything and making from scratch will never learn, and I would make it clear that I do not know if this topic is in DBA, but I believe so.

Alex,

Have you tried to recreate the connection in the SQLDeveloper and then check if it appears?
From what I understand in the video, there is no configured connection.

There is no connection created with the bank, try to click on that sign of + and create a connection, passing the host, tnsnames, sid, door, everything that asks for.
I believe that it will solve it.
Try there and if it does not work, put here beleza.
