Blocked wallpaper

Sometimes we want to change the windows wallpaper and it's locked.
there to release, we have to exclude these two regedit keys:

regedit

Select all

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
* Wallpaper
* Wallpaperstyle

After deleting, everything is released.

Another classic way:
* Open your JPG in Paint
* Choose the "Set as background" option from the menu

even if changes are blocked, the Paint will change :-d
